Question by london girl: Best natural way to boost progesteron e?
IR 1 7;ve had a blighted ovum miscarriage in November and my periods, which used to be very regular, are now completely disrupted. All the other tests came out ok so my doctor put me on Norethisterone which I took for one month (it did stop the bleeding&spotting) but I did not get a period in the break when I should have so I have discoutinued it. I am convinced I have a hormonal imbalance and I need to boost my progesterone levels , but donR 1 7;t want to do it with progestogens like Norethisterone since they seem to be treating the symptom, not the cause. I have started taking Agnus Castus recently but have yet to see an improvement. Is there any other natural way to boost my progesteron e?

There are some R 1 6;naturalR 1 7; progesterone creams out there….like Wild Yam and Heartland natural progesterone cream .
