Question by Eliza: How to stop hot flashes ? IR 1 7;m fifteen?
Okay so lately IR 1 7;ve been noticing that IR 1 7;ve been experiencing hot flashes at least three times a day. Today I had either five or six. IR 1 7;ll feel my face gradually heat up, then my friends will say how my face and neck will be like, bright red! I hate it because itR 1 7;s embarrassing and people think IR 1 7;m embarassed or something! And I mean IR 1 7;m not going through menopause , because IR 1 7;m fifteen. And itR 1 7;s not nerves or anything because IR 1 7;m never nervous when it happens.

How can I stop it?
